  • Represented a main contractor in an arbitration proceeding against a developer for a claim of RM 20 million final account claim.

  • Representing a company in applying before the High Court of Malaya for judicial management.
  • Representing a main contractor in several litigations against a listed company for a claim of RM 3 million final account claim.
  • Represented clients before the High Court of Malaya for enforcement and/or setting aside of Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 decisions.
  • Represented a client before the Federal Court of Malaysia on the argument that Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 should be retrospective in nature.

Employment Tribunal

  • Defended GLCs and Banks in employment tribunal for alleged unlawful and wrongful dismissals claims.
